About Carol Saltus
Certified Mentor, Coach, Appraiser, and Notary - Carol's business is based in western Massachusetts and northern Connecticut. Carol & her team list and sell locally and do an extensive amount of referrals to many areas of the country.
With an extensive background in Appraisals, Carol specializes in estates and family asset division. She has made it her business to have the resources needed to help clients with the entire process including an auctioneer, clean-out service, repair contractors, stagers and more.
People are what real estate is about for her. In over three decades she has never thought of herself as someone who sells houses. Her mission has always been to educate and empower her clients to make the best decisions possible about all of their real estate needs.
As real estate is typically the single largest investment most people make, she is focused on strategically guiding her clients to leverage their investments. Her clients, their families, and their friends come back to her repeatedly. Business is about relationships, and every conversation is important. She loves giving people the tools and wisdom to help them succeed.
She also loves empowering and educating other real estate agents who want to grow their businesses without sacrificing the other important parts of their lives. She learned this the hard way and wants to save others from heartache and hardship. As she spent many years on the appraisal side of the business, she intrinsically understands the ins and outs of the mortgage process.
When she is not helping my clients, she is often behind her camera sharing her view of the world with others, traveling, spending time with family, and spending time in nature as much as possible. She is a phone call or a text away for anyone who may need her help and loves the opportunity to meet clients in person.
